Software Engineer - Salesforce Platform (EAA)

About this role

Join Coinbase's Enterprise Apps team as a Salesforce Platform Engineer to design and deliver CRM, billing, and compliance solutions for institutional sales and operations. You'll own end-to-end feature delivery on a small team, building scalable Salesforce applications and integrations that power Sales, Trading, and Prime business workflows.

What you'll do

• Design and build Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and platform capabilities across multiple orgs
• Own complete feature delivery from technical design through testing, deployment, and post-launch support
• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and internal/external systems using REST APIs, Platform Events, and ETL tooling
• Partner with product managers, architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions
• Drive engineering quality through code reviews, design reviews, documentation, and mentorship of junior developers
• Support operational excellence through on-call rotations, production issue triage, and root cause analysis
