Forward Deployed Engineer

About this role

Coinflow seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer to serve as a technical bridge between the company and its customers, designing and implementing payment integrations while troubleshooting live systems. This hybrid role blends software engineering with customer collaboration, requiring you to own onboarding, debug production issues, and translate customer needs into product insights.

What you'll do

• Design and implement integrations with customer engineering teams, including proofs-of-concept and code samples
• Own technical onboarding from contract signature through production launch and optimize for stability
• Debug live integration issues across APIs, SDKs, and payment flows in real-time
• Analyze transaction data to identify bottlenecks and guide customers through feature rollouts
• Translate customer challenges into actionable product insights for internal engineering teams
• Build internal tools, documentation, and reusable integration assets to scale deployments

• TypeScript and React coding with ability to debug and prototype
• REST APIs and distributed system data flows
• Database querying for debugging and analysis
• Technical communication and customer-facing problem solving
• Payment systems and fintech infrastructure (bonus)
• Systems design and integration architecture
• API and SDK integration experience

Benefits
