Customer Sales Engineer
About this role
CoLab seeks a Customer Solutions Engineer to drive adoption of its AI-powered mechanical engineering platform with existing customers, particularly in aerospace and defense. You'll lead complex deployments, manage organizational change, and help engineering teams transform their design review processes while partnering with sales, customer success, and product teams.
What you'll do
- Lead customer onboarding and deployment of CoLab, focusing on aerospace and defense accounts
- Map current-state engineering workflows to target-state processes and drive organizational change management
- Deliver customized demos and presentations showcasing CoLab's value for specific customer pain points
- Partner with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to solve complex engineering challenges
- Collaborate with Product on new initiatives, incorporating mechanical engineering expertise and customer feedback
- Act as technical advisor on AI applications in mechanical engineering and best practices for design reviews
