About this role
Commure seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer to work directly with healthcare clients, implementing AI-powered solutions that streamline clinical workflows and claims processing. You'll travel to client sites, support product integration, and bridge the gap between engineering and real-world healthcare delivery.
What you'll do
- Travel to client sites (up to 35%) to implement, build, and demonstrate solutions
- Collaborate with healthcare organizations to understand technical needs and compliance requirements
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting during deployment and integration phases
- Create and maintain technical documentation for client onboarding and system maintenance
- Work with internal teams to design and customize healthcare technology solutions
- Identify technical challenges and contribute to problem-solving during implementations
