Software Engineer, Ambient AI

About this role

Commure is seeking a Software Engineer to build ambient AI solutions that transform healthcare delivery, documentation, and billing. You'll develop full-stack products spanning clinical documentation, revenue automation, and intelligence platforms while working directly with healthcare providers in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do

• Build end-to-end ambient AI products for providers and healthcare administrators
• Develop across the full software stack including frontend, backend, and infrastructure
• Work directly with customers to understand needs and solve issues
• Ship code quickly in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment
• Implement production systems including monitoring, alerting, and reliability engineering
• Collaborate on LLM-powered clinical documentation and AI-driven billing automation

• Full-stack software development (Python, JavaScript, React, Flutter, TypeScript)
• Frontend frameworks and technologies (React, Flutter, modern web development)
• Backend development with Flask or similar frameworks
• Docker and Kubernetes containerization and cloud platforms
• Production systems design (monitoring, alerting, metrics tracking)
• Software reliability engineering and DevOps practices
• Healthcare domain understanding or willingness to learn
• Product sense and user experience focus
