About this role
Commvault seeks a Cloud Native Sales Engineer to drive pre-sales engagement and adoption of cloud and security SaaS solutions in a defined territory. This technical sales role combines hands-on learning in cloud infrastructure and cybersecurity with customer-facing activities, positioning candidates to grow into solution architects and technology leaders.
What you'll do
- Partner with senior Sales Engineers to support customer engagements and learn enterprise sales cycles
- Develop territory plans and account strategies aligned with customer business and technical challenges
- Deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept activities for cloud and SaaS solutions
- Collaborate across sales, support, product, marketing, and engineering teams to drive customer success
- Expand expertise in cloud platforms, cybersecurity, data protection, and competitive solutions
- Provide product and process feedback to support organizational improvement
