Commvault seeks a Strategic SaaS Sales Engineer to drive pre-sales engagement for its cyber resilience cloud solutions. This remote role combines technical expertise with consultative selling, requiring someone to educate senior IT leaders, demonstrate product value, and expand the SaaS business across a designated region.
What you'll do
- Serve as regional SaaS technical expert supporting sales teams and field organizations
- Conduct discovery calls with senior IT decision makers to identify business and technical challenges
- Develop territory and account strategies with sales specialists while identifying new opportunities
- Design and deliver product demonstrations, POCs, and technical presentations to prospects
- Act as product evangelist at industry events and to potential partners
- Provide enablement support to channel and alliance partners on technical solutions
