About this role

Composio seeks a Technical Support Engineer to manage customer issues end-to-end for an AI agent infrastructure platform. You'll write code daily in TypeScript and Python, bridge customers with engineering, and own customer success while using LLMs to accelerate your work.

What you'll do

  • Triage, reproduce, and resolve customer support tickets through to closure
  • Write production code in TypeScript and Python to fix bugs and improve integrations
  • Create clear bug reproductions and GitHub issues to communicate with engineering
  • Assist prospects during pre-sales when they hit technical blockers
  • Document recurring issues and write troubleshooting guides
  • Monitor customer health and maintain relationships after critical bugs

What they're looking for

  • Deep technical support experience with dev tools or infrastructure platforms
  • TypeScript and Python development
  • Ability to read stack traces, logs, and API requests to diagnose issues
  • Customer communication and live debugging
  • Experience building with language models and LLMs
  • Technical writing and clear explanation of complex concepts
  • Comfort mixing support, sales-adjacent, and customer success work
  • Trustworthiness and transparency
