GTM Engineer, Advisor Recruiting

About this role

Compound Planning seeks a GTM Engineer to own the advisor recruiting pipeline by building and scaling a personalized outbound motion targeting financial advisors. You'll manage the full top-of-funnel process using tools like HubSpot, Clay, Smartlead, and HeyReach to generate consistent, qualified meetings for the recruiting team.

What you'll do

• Drive predictable outbound volume through email and LinkedIn sequencing with strong data quality and enrichment
• Evaluate and optimize the tech stack (HubSpot, Clay, FINTRX, Smartlead, HeyReach) to ensure the right tools are in place
• Write personalized-at-scale outreach campaigns that generate genuine engagement and replies
• Own the qualified meetings booked metric and report on campaign performance weekly
• Troubleshoot data quality issues blocking outbound execution and maintain system reliability
• Partner with Head of Marketing and Director of Advisor Recruiting on motion strategy and scaling
