GTM Engineer

About this role

Concourse seeks a GTM Engineer to drive sales velocity by building AI-powered solutions that accelerate deal closures, generate pipeline, and create compelling demos. You'll blend engineering expertise with growth strategy, working directly with leadership to ship technical tools, automations, and customer-facing assets that scale the business.

What you'll do

• Build AI SDRs, outbound engines, and automated workflows to generate and qualify pipeline opportunities
• Create interactive demos and reusable sales templates that showcase product capabilities and differentiate Concourse
• Develop internal agents and automation tools to streamline account research, personalization, and time-to-close
• Participate in strategic customer conversations, run technical demos, and unblock integrations to close deals
• Run GTM experiments including SEO, content launches, onboarding flows, and product-led growth initiatives
• Translate customer insights and feedback into actionable product and engineering recommendations

What they're looking for

• Full-stack coding (Python, JavaScript) for internal tools and automations
• SQL and API integration expertise
• Sales engineering or technical GTM experience
• Real-time technical problem-solving and debugging
• Strategic thinking around scaling and automation
• Clear communication of complex technical concepts
• B2B SaaS and fintech domain knowledge (preferred)
• Corporate finance systems familiarity (preferred)
