Forward Deployed Engineer (BioPharma/Lifescience)
About this role
Condor seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer to embed with biopharma customers, uncover clinical and financial operational problems, and build AI-powered solutions directly into the core platform. You'll own end-to-end deployments in high-stakes environments where speed, reliability, and accuracy drive real business impact.
What you'll do
- Embed with biopharma customers to understand their clinical operations and finance workflows
- Design and deploy AI-driven solutions to operational problems, shipping production code into core platform
- Build and maintain full-stack systems: Django services, AWS workflows, data integrations, and monitoring
- Own deployments end-to-end from scoping through launch and iteration
- Identify patterns across field deployments and codify them back into product architecture
- Partner with Product and Engineering to influence roadmap and system design

- Data modeling and SQL (PostgreSQL)
