Software Engineer (V-VI)

About this role

Confiant is hiring experienced Full Stack Software Engineers (V-VI level) to join their Core Engineering Team, responsible for building and maintaining high-scale, high-availability systems that power the ad security platform. You'll own end-to-end solutions across backend and frontend, collaborate cross-functionally, and drive technical excellence across the organization.

What you'll do

• Design and build scalable applications with well-defined architectural patterns
• Debug and resolve production issues rapidly
• Tackle complex technical problems and reduce system complexity
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product and engineering initiatives
• Implement innovative solutions for current and greenfield products
• Guide engineering practices and serve as a force multiplier for the team

What they're looking for

• Expert proficiency in Python, PHP, or JavaScript
• Strong knowledge of multiple programming languages
• Modern software paradigms (OOD, functional programming, design patterns)
• Full-stack frameworks (ReactJS, Flask, Symphony, Puppeteer, etc.)
• AWS and cloud infrastructure design, deployment, and management
• Production debugging and system architecture optimization
• Cross-functional collaboration and technical communication
• 8+ years of software engineering experience (10+ for level VI)
