About this role

Confido seeks a Design Engineer to own product surface area across a complex CPG operating system covering demand planning, finance, and operations. You'll shape roadmaps, prototype with customers, and ship polished work alongside engineering in a fast-moving NYC-based startup.

What you'll do

  • Define and influence product and feature roadmap strategy alongside leadership
  • Build and validate prototypes directly with customers to inform feature development
  • Partner closely with engineering and product to design, prototype, and ship features rapidly
  • Refine interaction details and workflows to make complex operator tools intuitive
  • Contribute validated design patterns into the design system via code
  • Execute under constraints, balancing scrappy speed with design quality
