Connections Health Solutions is seeking a Behavioral Health Specialist to provide crisis care and support to individuals in need. This role focuses on ensuring the safety of both patients and staff, documenting services, and assisting with daily living activities. You'll be an integral part of a team dedicated to improving access to behavioral health services and making a positive impact.
What you'll do
- Maintaining safety of individuals and staff
- Assisting with daily living activities (eating, bathing, etc.)
- Documenting services and interactions in the EHR
- De-escalating agitated individuals and performing restraints when necessary
- Conducting security screenings and property inventories
- Monitoring patient status and reporting vital signs
