Applied AI Engineer

About this role

Console is seeking an Applied AI Engineer to develop and optimize intelligent agent systems that automate enterprise operations across IT, HR, Finance, and other functions. You'll own the core agent loop and AI workflows, working end-to-end from concept to production while leveraging real user data to improve reliability and performance.

What you'll do

• Build and optimize intelligent agents that automate enterprise work and increase productivity
• Design copilot-style workflows that enhance human operator efficiency
• Treat agent quality as an ML optimization problem using production usage data
• Develop category-defining product capabilities from ideation through deployment
• Debug and improve production systems for reliability, speed, and adaptability
• Stay current with state-of-the-art research in AI models and agent architectures
