Forward Deployed Engineer

About this role

Console seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer to own enterprise deployments of its AI agent platform that automates IT, HR, Finance, and Ops tasks. You'll be the technical lead for complex customer implementations, working directly with enterprise teams to design solutions, configure workflows, and troubleshoot across diverse environments while bringing field insights back to product development.

What you'll do

• Own technical success of enterprise deployments from evaluation through implementation and expansion
• Configure and customize AI workflows across multiple business functions for each customer's unique environment
• Debug complex issues across product, integration, infrastructure, and configuration layers
• Partner with Deployment Strategists to translate customer goals into technically grounded implementation plans
• Ship fixes, product changes, and workarounds to unblock strategic customers
• Advise customers on technical feasibility, scalability, and tradeoffs while feeding field learnings back to product team

• Production systems development and deployment (3+ years)
