Product Engineer

About this role

Console is seeking a Product Engineer to shape how AI agents turn into actionable workflows for enterprise operations. You'll own features end-to-end, bridging AI capabilities with intuitive product design while working on-site in San Francisco at a well-funded startup backed by top-tier investors.

What you'll do

• Design workflow primitives and capabilities for creating, tracking, and completing work
• Build AI-powered product flows that are usable, predictable, and reliable
• Define user interactions and workflow management from initiation through completion
• Create feedback loops to improve workflows based on real usage patterns
• Handle unpredictable inputs and ensure consistent system behavior
• Expand the platform with new workflows, integrations, and operational capabilities

What they're looking for

• Full-stack development (TypeScript, Node.js, React)
• End-to-end product feature ownership and shipping
• Product intuition and user-focused design thinking
• Ability to transform vague requirements into concrete solutions
• Experience with real-world systems and imperfect data
• Rapid iteration and bias toward action
• 4+ years of product-focused software engineering
