Software Engineer, Product

About this role

Convex seeks a Software Engineer for their Product team to design and build customer-facing platforms, dashboards, integrations, and billing systems. You'll work directly with customers and leadership to shape product priorities while balancing technical excellence with business impact in a fast-growing startup.

What you'll do

• Design, build, and maintain Convex's dashboard, integrations, billing services, and platform offerings
• Collaborate directly with customers and company leadership to define product roadmap and priorities
• Understand customer needs and business requirements to make informed tradeoff decisions
• Establish reliability practices and guidelines as the team and systems scale
• Write high-quality product and platform code across the stack
• Develop deep understanding of Convex systems and user requirements
