Presales Engineer

About this role

Convey is hiring a Presales Engineer to support enterprise sales efforts in regulated industries by delivering product demonstrations, configuring technical solutions, and collaborating across sales and product teams. This remote role focuses on translating customer needs into technical solutions for a cloud communications SaaS platform, with mentorship and exposure to complex enterprise deals.

What you'll do

• Deliver tailored product demonstrations highlighting solutions to client pain points
• Provide technical expertise during sales meetings and address customer questions about capabilities and architecture
• Design and configure solution components based on customer requirements
• Create technical documentation including proposals and product overviews
• Gather and document customer feedback for product and engineering teams
• Collaborate with sales executives and cross-functional teams to support deals
