About this role

Cook Systems seeks an experienced Guidewire Developer to design and implement PolicyCenter solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration support. The role involves translating business requirements into technical solutions across policy lifecycle functions, UI development, and system integrations.

What you'll do

  • Configure and customize Guidewire PolicyCenter using Gosu, PCF, and Product Model
  • Develop policy lifecycle functions including submissions, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations
  • Design UI screens, validations, workflows, and underwriting business rules
  • Implement integrations via SOAP/REST services, messaging, and plugins
  • Perform unit testing, code reviews, and resolve defects in production environments
  • Collaborate with business, QA, and architecture teams on requirements and solutions
