Tech Enablement Engineer – B2B Operations

About this role

CookUnity seeks a Tech Enablement Engineer to build and maintain internal technology solutions for B2B Operations, including automation workflows, full-stack applications, IoT devices, and third-party integrations. You'll work across a diverse tech stack to solve operational challenges and enable the team's growth in a remote LATAM position.

What you'll do

• Develop end-to-end automation workflows using low-code tools and custom scripts to streamline internal processes
• Build and enhance full-stack internal web and mobile applications with modern frameworks and CI/CD pipelines
• Maintain custom hardware solutions including Raspberry Pi smart fridges with sensors, cameras, and remote access capabilities
• Configure and improve integrations with third-party platforms like Zendesk, Aircall, and Jira
• Prototype and deploy AI-driven tools and agents to support operational objectives
• Support Marketing and CRM teams by automating workflows, managing data integrations, and enhancing Salesforce functionality
