Forward Deployed Engineer

About this role

CopilotKit seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer to serve as the primary technical liaison for enterprise customers, combining hands-on coding expertise with customer-facing engagement to drive adoption of their AI agent platform. You'll architect solutions, run live demos, build proof-of-concepts, and guide customers through production deployment while working closely with the sales and engineering teams.

What you'll do

• Serve as primary technical contact for enterprise prospects and customers
• Conduct live product demonstrations and build proof-of-concept solutions
• Hold weekly working sessions to debug customer code and troubleshoot issues
• Provide architectural guidance on AI agent-user interaction patterns
• Create technical content and resources that support sales conversion
• Collaborate with engineering leadership to scale go-to-market processes
