About this role

Corridor seeks a Technical Support Engineer to serve as the technical frontline for customers building with autonomous software development tools. You'll troubleshoot GitHub integrations, CI/CD workflows, and security issues while partnering with Engineering to drive product improvements and customer success.

What you'll do

  • Respond to and resolve customer support tickets through Pylon, email, and Slack with ownership end-to-end
  • Investigate technical issues by analyzing logs, code, and configurations across GitHub repos and CI/CD pipelines
  • Guide customers through onboarding, implementation, and troubleshooting to accelerate time-to-value
  • Identify recurring issues and advocate for product fixes and improvements based on support trends
  • Create and maintain documentation, FAQs, and internal tooling to scale support operations
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and Sales to ensure seamless customer experience
