Software Engineer (Fullstack)

Counsel is an AI-native healthcare startup building intelligent clinical tools to enhance physician capabilities and patient care. We're seeking a fullstack engineer to develop consumer and provider-facing products, integrate with healthcare systems, and implement cutting-edge AI features in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

What you'll do

• Ship and iterate on AI-enabled patient engagement features with Product and Design teams
• Implement ML research and LLM techniques into production clinical applications
• Build and enhance the physician-facing care platform with AI tooling
• Design enterprise integrations including EMR, claims data, and health information exchanges
• Take ownership of broad technical initiatives and drive them to completion
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, clinical, and commercial teams
