About this role
Courier Health seeks a Customer Value Engineer to quantify and communicate the impact of their patient engagement platform for life sciences companies. You'll build automated analytics systems, design rigorous client analyses, and translate data insights into compelling narratives for stakeholders at all levels.
What you'll do
- Measure and benchmark value delivery across therapeutic areas; create standardized templates for QBRs and renewal conversations
- Design and implement automated dashboards and self-service analytics tools that provide real-time value metrics
- Lead sophisticated client analyses including cohort studies, segmentation, and confounding variable identification
- Partner with Client Solutions and Sales teams to deliver data-driven executive materials and value narratives
- Build scalable analytics infrastructure to support time-sensitive client requests
