About this role
Cracken, an AI-driven cybersecurity platform, seeks a Sales Engineer to bridge customers, sales, and engineering teams. You'll deliver technical demos, lead proof-of-concepts, and translate enterprise security needs into product improvements while supporting the sales cycle for offensive security solutions.
What you'll do
- Deliver technical product demos and lead customer workshops on AI-driven offensive security capabilities
- Own proof-of-concepts from qualification through implementation and successful closure
- Translate customer requirements into actionable engineering feedback and product priorities
- Act as liaison between Sales and Engineering teams on technical and cybersecurity matters
- Provide market insights and customer feedback to shape platform direction
- Support technical implementation, troubleshooting, and customer onboarding
What they're looking for
- Solutions or Sales Engineering experience (2+ years)
- Cybersecurity and offensive security expertise
- Penetration testing knowledge with hands-on experience preferred
- AI Agents understanding
- Enterprise customer management
- Technical communication to diverse audiences
- Software development background (Python, JavaScript, GitHub, PostgreSQL preferred)
- Complex problem-solving and business-to-technical translation
