Cracken, an AI-driven cybersecurity platform, seeks a Sales Engineer to bridge customers, sales, and engineering teams. You'll deliver technical demos, lead proof-of-concepts, and translate enterprise security needs into product improvements while supporting the sales cycle for offensive security solutions.

What you'll do

  • Deliver technical product demos and lead customer workshops on AI-driven offensive security capabilities
  • Own proof-of-concepts from qualification through implementation and successful closure
  • Translate customer requirements into actionable engineering feedback and product priorities
  • Act as liaison between Sales and Engineering teams on technical and cybersecurity matters
  • Provide market insights and customer feedback to shape platform direction
  • Support technical implementation, troubleshooting, and customer onboarding

  • Solutions or Sales Engineering experience (2+ years)
  • Cybersecurity and offensive security expertise
  • Penetration testing knowledge with hands-on experience preferred
  • AI Agents understanding
  • Enterprise customer management
  • Technical communication to diverse audiences
  • Software development background (Python, JavaScript, GitHub, PostgreSQL preferred)
  • Complex problem-solving and business-to-technical translation
