Full-Stack Software Engineer

About this role

CrashPlan is hiring a Full-Stack Software Engineer to develop their data resilience platform, working on both frontend and backend systems that process petabytes of data daily. You'll contribute to designing, testing, and documenting features across the complete technology stack in a collaborative environment.

What you'll do

• Design and implement code for front-end and back-end projects independently and with teammates
• Write unit and integration tests across the CrashPlan technology stack
• Debug and troubleshoot issues throughout the platform
• Document code and designs while reviewing others' work
• Collaborate with UX team on design feedback and performance optimization
• Participate in requirements analysis, story mapping, and feature sizing sessions

• JavaScript and TypeScript
• React, Angular, or Vue.js
• Object-oriented development
• CI/CD concepts and tools
• Testing frameworks
• Data repository technologies
• AWS services (preferred)
