About this role
Credal seeks a Customer Deployment Engineer to serve as the trusted technical advocate for enterprise AI customers in high-stakes industries. You'll accelerate customer onboarding, build proof-of-concepts, and shape product decisions through deep partnerships while maintaining the highest standards of security and governance.
What you'll do
- Serve as primary technical contact for customers, managing deployments and ensuring successful time-to-value
- Build proof-of-concepts to unblock deals and demonstrate use case viability
- Partner with end users to gather requirements and inform product roadmap decisions
- Develop comprehensive onboarding documentation and improve deployment processes
- Troubleshoot technical issues by reading logs and reproducing problems
- Advocate for customer needs internally and translate requirements across technical and non-technical stakeholders
