About this role

Cresta is hiring an Application Support Engineer to join their Customer Success team and provide technical support for their AI-powered customer experience platform. You'll investigate and resolve complex technical issues across APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure while serving as the main technical contact for customers and collaborating with internal engineering teams.

What you'll do

  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to APIs, databases, servers, microservices, and containerized applications
  • Serve as primary technical contact for customer inquiries via email and support portal
  • Escalate bugs, feature requests, and critical incidents to Engineering, Product, and Sales teams
  • Create and maintain documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles
  • Reproduce customer environments and issues to identify root causes
  • Participate in rotational on-call support for urgent after-hours issues
