Demo Engineer

About this role

Cresta is seeking a Demo Engineer to build and maintain technical demonstration environments that showcase the company's AI-powered customer experience platform. You'll work cross-functionally to create compelling, industry-specific demos that help prospects understand Cresta's conversation intelligence, coaching, analytics, and virtual agent capabilities.

What you'll do

• Build and configure demo environments, workflows, and seed data for pilots, POCs, and tailored customer demonstrations
• Expand standardized demo suite with new end-to-end scenarios across industries, call flows, and buyer personas
• Ensure performance, reliability, and consistency of demo environments; troubleshoot demo-blocking issues
• Develop integrations, automations, and tools including CCaaS/CRM connectors and custom applications
• Provide technical enablement to Solutions Engineers and capture presales feedback for product teams
