GTM Engineer

About this role

Cresta is seeking a GTM Engineer to transform the company's go-to-market operations using AI and automation. You'll work with executive leadership to build intelligent systems that help sales teams prioritize accounts, eliminate manual work, and accelerate deal execution across the entire revenue pipeline.

What you'll do

• Use AI and data to help sales, SDR, and marketing teams identify and prioritize high-value accounts
• Automate manual research, CRM entry, account planning, and opportunity preparation tasks
• Build AI-powered systems for quoting, approvals, document generation, and deal execution
• Integrate and optimize Salesforce, Gong, Clay, and other GTM stack tools
• Create real-time deal signals and workflow automation that guides daily seller activities
• Own GTM system performance and drive measurable revenue growth outcomes
