Join Cresta as a Strategic Solutions Engineer to help enterprise customers transform their customer experience through AI. You'll partner with sales teams to architect and validate AI-powered solutions for contact centers, combining deep technical expertise with consultative business acumen across the entire sales cycle.
What you'll do
- Conduct technical discovery sessions to understand customer contact center infrastructure, telephony, and CRM systems
- Design tailored Cresta configurations that translate customer requirements into scalable, business-aligned solutions
- Lead and deliver proof-of-value engagements including integrations and virtual agent implementations
- Create compelling product demonstrations showcasing AI-driven virtual agents, real-time coaching, and analytics capabilities
- Build ROI models and business cases quantifying customer impact through efficiency gains and cost reduction
- Serve as technical liaison between Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to provide market and capability insights
What they're looking for
- Contact center solutions and telephony architecture (SIP, SBCs, ACDs, IVRs)
- Large language models (LLMs) and small language models (SLMs)
- CCaaS platforms such as Genesys, NICE, Five9, or Amazon Connect
- Salesforce and enterprise CRM systems
