About this role

Cribl seeks a Customer Success Engineer to be the primary post-sales advocate for enterprise customers using its AI telemetry platform. You'll drive adoption, realize customer value, and act as a trusted technical advisor while collaborating cross-functionally across the organization.

What you'll do

  • Serve as strategic and technical advisor throughout the customer lifecycle from onboarding to expansion
  • Drive adoption and identify expansion opportunities while managing customer relationships with stakeholders
  • Monitor customer health, troubleshoot issues, and recommend use cases and training initiatives
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and engineering teams as the customer voice
  • Track customer metrics and health indicators using Cribl's Customer Success Platform
  • Mentor and coach team members as part of the Customer Experience organization

  • Customer success and post-sales advocacy (5+ years)
  • Enterprise relationship management and stakeholder engagement
  • Technical expertise in observability, logs, metrics, and IT operations
  • Data pipeline management across the full data lifecycle
  • Problem-solving and quick learning ability
  • Communication and expectation management
  • Data engineering/analytics platform experience (Splunk, Elastic, Datadog, Snowflake)
