About this role
Cribl seeks a Customer Success Engineer to be the primary post-sales advocate for enterprise customers using its AI telemetry platform. You'll drive adoption, realize customer value, and act as a trusted technical advisor while collaborating cross-functionally across the organization.
What you'll do
- Serve as strategic and technical advisor throughout the customer lifecycle from onboarding to expansion
- Drive adoption and identify expansion opportunities while managing customer relationships with stakeholders
- Monitor customer health, troubleshoot issues, and recommend use cases and training initiatives
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and engineering teams as the customer voice
- Track customer metrics and health indicators using Cribl's Customer Success Platform
- Mentor and coach team members as part of the Customer Experience organization
What they're looking for
- Customer success and post-sales advocacy (5+ years)
- Enterprise relationship management and stakeholder engagement
- Technical expertise in observability, logs, metrics, and IT operations
- Data pipeline management across the full data lifecycle
- Problem-solving and quick learning ability
- Communication and expectation management
- Data engineering/analytics platform experience (Splunk, Elastic, Datadog, Snowflake)
