About this role

Cribl seeks a Sales Engineer to help enterprise customers discover the value of their AI-powered telemetry platform. You'll combine technical expertise with sales acumen to deliver product demos, support proof-of-concept projects, and document use cases for a rapidly growing company serving Fortune 100 clients.

What you'll do

  • Demonstrate Cribl's product and address customer questions during sales conversations
  • Help customers evaluate platform value and fit for their environments
  • Support customers through proof-of-concept phases
  • Document use cases and solutions in technical content
  • Travel up to 30% to customer locations
  • Support cross-timezone collaboration and occasional off-hours availability

  • Telemetry and observability knowledge (logs, metrics, IT operations, security)
  • Product demonstration and technical communication
  • Proof-of-concept facilitation
