About this role
Crusoe Energy seeks a CNC Programmer to develop machine code for Trumpf laser cutting systems and coordinate material flow in a high-growth AI infrastructure manufacturing environment. You'll bridge engineering designs and production operations while driving manufacturing efficiency and quality improvements.
What you'll do
- Program Trumpf CNC machinery using Boost software, including design review, DXF generation, and tool selection
- Select and issue sheet metal materials through the MRP system for scheduled production
- Verify production documents, materials, and quantities before releasing jobs to the shop floor
- Design and program custom one-off parts based on engineering and production specifications
- Evaluate designs for manufacturability, cost-effectiveness, and optimal machine capabilities
- Support machine operators with troubleshooting, training, and process improvement initiatives
