Otter is seeking a Middleware Solutions Engineer to bridge technical relationships between their platform, POS providers, and restaurant partners. You'll collaborate closely with various internal teams to influence technical decisions and elevate product offerings.
What you'll do
- Manage technical relationships with external POS providers and restaurant groups.
- Handle escalated technical requests and troubleshoot production issues.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation tools.
- Support sales engineering with pre-sales technical conversations.
- Document partner feedback and prioritize feature requests.
