Application Support Engineer

About this role

Cubic³ seeks an Application Support Engineer in Manila to provide Level 2 technical support for software-defined vehicle solutions. You'll troubleshoot application and system issues, coordinate with development and support teams, and maintain production systems while ensuring customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do

• Resolve application and system issues through root cause analysis and coordination with development teams
• Administer production systems, monitor alerts, and provide proactive technical services
• Debug server-domain issues and manage application availability across environments
• Assist with project implementation, system releases, and deployment coordination
• Document issues, solutions, and prepare performance reports with optimization recommendations
• Maintain expertise in application processes and professional relationships across engineering and support departments

• IT hardware and software troubleshooting
