About this role

A remote-based Data Visualization Engineer role supporting consulting engagements across Latin America, focused on designing scalable data solutions and interactive dashboards while mentoring team members. The position involves collaborating with clients to translate complex data into actionable insights using Power BI and other analytics technologies.

What you'll do

• Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards with data models, DAX expressions, and custom visuals
• Build end-to-end data pipelines and integrations from multiple sources ensuring accuracy and consistency
• Establish and implement visualization best practices, standards, and reusable templates
• Translate client requirements and KPIs into meaningful visual narratives for data-driven decision-making
• Mentor team members and contribute to process optimization and automation opportunities
• Communicate technical insights to non-technical stakeholders in clear, accessible ways

• Power BI (data modeling, DAX, Power Query, custom visuals)
• SQL (intermediate level, mandatory)
• Data visualization principles and UX design
• Data manipulation, cleansing, and transformation
