  • Support wholesale fulfillment by picking, packaging, counting, and scanning orders to meet customer and production timelines
  • Lead and develop the team by assisting with scheduling, training, and mentoring inventory personnel
  • Manage systems and consumables by maintaining Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP data, monitoring warehouse/manufacturing supplies, and making system adjustments with root-cause analysis when needed
  • Champion safety and efficiency by conducting daily equipment inspections, following OSHA protocols, and promoting a clean, organized workspace
  • Problem-solve in real time to address order fulfillment challenges and keep operations on track

What You’ll Bring

  • You have proven experience operating powered industrial trucks in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
  • You have strong mathematical abilities and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • You can safely lift up to 50 lbs. and thrive in a physically demanding, hands-on environment

Even Better If

  • You bring experience in order fulfillment
  • You hold a valid certification to operate forklifts and electric pallet jacks or are eager to obtain one
