About this role

Curri is hiring an on-site Tech Support Engineer I to be the dedicated IT resource at their Ventura, CA headquarters, handling helpdesk support, network infrastructure, A/V systems, and SaaS administration. You'll own day-to-day technical issues across the company while working directly with the IT leadership team in a high-growth environment.

What you'll do

  • Resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues for HQ employees across Mac and Windows environments
  • Manage and maintain network infrastructure including Wi-Fi access points and connectivity troubleshooting
  • Support conference room A/V systems and Google Meet hardware setup and troubleshooting
  • Administer Google Workspace, Okta, and Slack including user provisioning and access management
  • Triage and manage incidents end-to-end while maintaining SLAs and communication
  • Track and maintain HQ hardware inventory and identify technology gaps proactively

  • Networking fundamentals and connectivity troubleshooting
  • Ubiquiti/UniFi Wi-Fi infrastructure (preferred)
  • Okta or identity platform management (bonus)
  • A/V systems and Google Meet hardware
  • Customer service and clear communication with non-technical users
  • Scripting or automation using AI tools (bonus)
