Community Engineer

About this role

Build the technical infrastructure powering community programs at a coding automation startup. You'll architect internal tooling, automate workflows across ambassador and campus initiatives, and own the technical roadmap for community operations as they scale globally.

What you'll do

• Design and maintain internal tooling and infrastructure for community programs
• Identify operational gaps and engineer automation solutions across multiple platforms
• Own technical architecture for Ambassador, Campus, and community initiatives
• Translate community team needs into technical requirements and shipped solutions
• Interface with global developer community members using the company's product
• Build lightweight web apps, integrate APIs, and automate workflows
