About this role

Join a fast-growing automation company as the GTM Systems Support and Agentic Engineer, supporting a scaling sales organization. You'll own Salesforce and sales tools support while designing systems and agentic workflows to eliminate recurring problems at scale, turning support visibility into architectural improvements.

What you'll do

  • Provide primary support for Salesforce and sales systems across a rapidly expanding sales team
  • Debug and resolve Salesforce issues using debug logs and root cause analysis
  • Administer adjacent sales tools including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Gong, and e-signature platforms
  • Identify support patterns and design agentic automation workflows to address them systematically
  • Evaluate and improve UX/workflows to reduce friction and future support volume
  • Build and maintain scalable agentic infrastructure with architectural rigor and documentation

  • Salesforce administration and engineering (Apex, SOQL)
  • Debug log analysis and troubleshooting
  • Agentic systems design and implementation
  • Modern sales tech stack (Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, DocuSign, etc.)
  • UX and workflow optimization
  • LWC (Lightning Web Components)
  • Pattern recognition and systemic problem-solving
  • Full ownership of support and self-directed execution
