About this role

A fast-growing coding automation company seeks an IT Operations Engineer to serve as the primary IT support contact and operational leader for a flat, talent-dense organization. You'll manage the full employee technology lifecycle—from day-one onboarding through device management—while administering identity systems, office infrastructure, and support processes that scale with the company.

What you'll do

  • Provide real-time end-user support via Slack and ticketing system, resolving hardware, software, and account issues
  • Own new hire onboarding experience, delivering laptops and ensuring first-day system access
  • Manage macOS device troubleshooting, hardware replacements, and office AV systems including Zoom rooms and Logitech equipment
  • Administer identity and access systems including Okta, Google Workspace, and Slack; create groups and automation rules
  • Handle complete laptop lifecycle: receiving, inventory management, issuing, replacements, and device wiping
  • Identify process improvements and opportunities for automation across IT workflows
