About this role

Join Cursor's Developer Productivity team to design and build internal tools and systems that accelerate engineering velocity. You'll own developer experience infrastructure—from CI/CD pipelines and build systems to local development environments—ensuring Cursor's engineers work in an exceptionally fast and reliable environment.

What you'll do

  • Design and implement CI/CD systems including merge queues, build caching, and safe rollout pipelines
  • Build multi-platform development environments that work seamlessly across macOS, Windows, and Linux
  • Architect and maintain developer machine provisioning and setup automation
  • Set technical direction and write/review code for productivity systems
  • Collaborate across engineering to ensure local development environments match CI environments
  • Create observability and tooling to help developers build, test, and ship faster
