Deployment Engineer

About this role

Cyngn, a publicly-traded autonomous vehicle company, seeks a Deployment Engineer to oversee the complete lifecycle of autonomous tugger deployments at customer sites. You'll serve as the primary technical contact, handling installation, optimization, fleet maintenance, and customer support to ensure successful autonomous operations in real-world industrial environments.

What you'll do

• Lead deployment lifecycle from hardware arrival through customer sign-off
• Optimize autonomous vehicle performance and workflows at live customer sites
• Serve as primary technical point of contact for on-site issues and customer needs
• Perform tier 1 fleet support and map maintenance
• Coordinate with customer solutions team on pre-deployment planning and on-site installation
• Support fleet expansion and ensure optimal use of deployed vehicles
