Field Service Engineer

Cyngn, a publicly-traded autonomous vehicle company, is hiring a Field Service Engineer to support the deployment and maintenance of self-driving industrial robots at customer sites across North America. The role combines hands-on technical troubleshooting, hardware maintenance, and software updates while working closely with engineering teams to ensure production systems operate reliably in real-world environments.

What you'll do

• Travel to customer sites to support and maintain deployed autonomous mobile robots
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in production environments
• Perform field maintenance and system updates on robotic equipment
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to resolve technical problems
• Ensure deployed systems operate smoothly and meet customer requirements
• Document issues and solutions to improve future deployments
