Field Training and Support Engineer

About this role

D-Fend Solutions seeks an experienced Field Training and Support Engineer to lead technical training and support for counter-drone security systems across the U.S. You'll be the primary product expert delivering world-class training to customers and service partners while providing high-level technical guidance in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.

What you'll do

• Deliver comprehensive training on counter-UAS hardware and software to customers and service partners
• Provide high-level technical support and troubleshooting for deployed systems
• Serve as primary product expert for D-Fend's counter-drone technology
• Manage relationships with third-party service partners and coordinate technical initiatives
• Ensure customers are mission-ready through expert guidance and support
• Navigate complex RF environments and technical challenges in the field
