Azure Cloud Engineer

About this role

D.A. Davidson is seeking an Azure Cloud Engineer to design, deploy, and maintain secure, scalable cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code and DevOps practices. This role works within a cross-functional team to architect Azure networking, implement security controls, manage containerized workloads, and ensure platform reliability across the company's cloud environment.

What you'll do

• Design and deploy Azure infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or Bicep)
• Build and operate CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure and application delivery
• Architect Azure networking solutions including VNets, peering, DNS, and load balancing
• Implement identity and access control using Microsoft Entra ID and privilege management
• Deploy and manage containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes (AKS)
• Monitor, secure, and optimize cloud infrastructure with compliance controls and cost management
