About this role
Dark Wolf seeks a DevOps Engineer to build and maintain a Kubernetes-based DevSecOps Platform as a Service for a DoD customer. You'll deploy critical services, implement security best practices, automate infrastructure, and ensure compliance with DoD policies while working in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll do
- Deploy and maintain critical services across on-premises and cloud-native architectures
- Implement system hardening and configuration management aligned with cybersecurity standards
- Automate environment provisioning using Infrastructure-as-Code and GitOps practices
- Deploy and manage Kubernetes platforms across multiple environments and classification levels
- Provide onboarding and technical support to development teams
- Ensure platform compliance with DoD policies and support disaster recovery planning

- Linux server administration (RHEL, Ubuntu)
- Kubernetes configuration, deployment, and security
- CI/CD automation tools (GitLab CI, Jenkins, CircleCI)
- Identity Management and SSO (OIDC, SAML)
- Infrastructure-as-Code and scripting (Bash, Python, Terraform, Ansible)
- Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Security scanning and vulnerability tools
- Network and endpoint administration
