Dash0 is seeking a Commercial Solutions Engineer to guide customers and prospects through the adoption of their AI-powered observability platform. This remote role, based on the West Coast, involves designing solutions, leading Proofs of Concepts, and partnering with sales and product teams to demonstrate Dash0's value. You'll be a key technical advisor, bridging the gap between Dash0's capabilities and customer success.
What you'll do
- Design and architect observability solutions using OpenTelemetry, Kubernetes, and cloud-native technologies.
- Translate customer requirements into scalable Dash0 implementations.
- Develop and execute Proofs of Concept.
- Deliver technical demos and presentations.
- Partner with Account Executives to position Dash0.
- Provide architecture guidance on observability setup and telemetry data modeling.
